Ultra filtration membrane purification system for sewage treatment
Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation technology that can purify, separate or concentrate solutions. Ultrafiltration is between microfiltration and nanofiltration, and there is no obvious dividing line between the three. Generally speaking, the pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane is between 0.05um-1nm and the operating pressure is 0.1-0.5 Mpa. Mainly used to intercept and remove macromolecular substances such as suspended solids, colloids, particles, bacteria and viruses in water.
Ultrafiltration membranes can be divided into organic membranes and inorganic membranes according to membrane materials. According to the appearance of the membrane, it can be divided into flat type, tubular type (internal pressure tube type and external pressure tube bundle type), capillary type, hollow fiber and porous type.
Ultrafiltration membranes are divided into different materials, usually including modified PVC, polysulfone (PSF), polyethersulfone (PES), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), etc.
Ultrafiltration membranes can be divided into thermally induced phase separation membranes (TIPS) and non-solvent phase induced separation membranes (NIPS) according to different membrane processes.
Application:
1. Basic filtration industry
Pure water and ultrapure water preparation process as reverse osmosis pretreatment and ultrapure water terminal treatment.
2.Industrial water treatment industry
Separation of bacteria, heat sources, colloids, suspended impurities and macromolecular organics. Drinking water, mineral water purification, fermentation, enzyme preparation industry, pharmaceutical industry concentration, purification and clarification. Concentration and separation of fruit juice, separation, concentration and clarification of soybeans, dairy products, sugar industry, wine, tea juice, vinegar, etc.
